Can i be pregnant

Hi im 23 and i already have a five yr old. July 4th i had sex and he came in me. On july 18th i had my period but it was shorter. I took hpt but they were negative. August 7th i started having light cramps for 4days. On august 8th my breasts started hurting for 13 days. Niether normally happen, i never have cramps unless im on mymy period and my breasts are never sore. y face is breaking out and im tired more than usual. And i get light nausea. My period was 2days late but i got it. Normaly i get cramps the day before but didnt. First day was light , second day went from heavy to light.
