Is it possible to get pregnant while on pill?

I am the contraceptive pill, and i stopped my last pill on sunday so now im on my 7 day break, for the past 2 weeks i have been peeing sooo much, and have constant heartburn, i had this with my son, but i have messed my pill up a few times this over the few weeks. is it possible to get pregnant on pill?

My pill baby is 13...its very possible and u dont need to miss any pills for it to happen either!!
