Idk what to do?

Okay long story short. My last mentral cycle was on july 19n 31 days from the last one. My previous one was 35. What I am trying to decide is. Am I pregnant. I have had breast tenderness (my dh will touch them and nipples and there sore), no cramping like usual before cycle, headaches, belly button pain, and nausea are my symptoms. I want to take a test but all my pregnancies I have not test on any pee test I had to go to the doctors for blood test. Should I take one just to ease my mind amd take another if negitive, if still nefitive by friday go to theburgent care to see. That is what my obgyn said to me.
