Question

2 questions:

I got a positive OPK on Saturday and then another one on Sunday, but I didn't ovulate until Tuesday. Is that normal to not ovulate until 3 days after the first positive?

I am on Clomid and have seen where women take some medicine to increase cervical fluid, but I can't remember what medicine it was, can someone tell me?

Thanks!

U can totally O 3 or more days after ur first positive, 12-48 is just an average. As for the medicine ur referring to, there are a couple, one would be an estrogen, estrace is most common but estrogens are a prescribed med. They help build the lining and produce fertile cm. Another option would be a supplement that can be bought otc, evening primrose oil, thats taken from cd1 to O at doses ranging from 1000-3000mg/day. Another option would be to just use a sperm-friendly lubricant like preseed or conceive plus. Increasing fluid intake helps cm quite a bit as well. There are a few options u can try before starting the script drugs.
Hope that answers ur question. Good luck!!
