HELP Confused about this Cycle

Ok so i think i ovulated on CD14-16 Today is my CD29 And Neg HPT.
I was spotting from CD22-26 and I've had cramping and nausea as well. Today I feel bloated and crampy in my belly and I've had this pointy feeling on my right and left side below the belly button and then one time pointing feeling right under my bellybutton. I never felt and symptoms with my pregnancy that ended in a MC in June. HELP ME PLEASE COMMENT LOTS by different women with answers would be helpful thanks!

HI, I'm not sure why you're confused. The spotting could have been IB. Wait until your period is late and take an HPT.
