i want to know how to check the ovulation date so that we can take 1st step to get the pregnancy
wants to know in detail how to check the ovulation date if the menstrual cycle length is not fixed like sometimes it is 28 days soetimes it is 30 days....please help me out to know how to get the ovulation date so that the chances of getting pregnant increases...as i am trying to conceive but iam unable to conceive from last 3 months

ovulation tests and temping, you can get ovulation test on amazon cheap. don't waste your money on the clear blue ones, cheaps ones are just as good, use the ovulation lest from around cycle day 8. this way you should see the second line get darker. once that second line is the same shade or darker then the first you will more then likely ovulate in the next 24 - 48 hours, Do the deed every other day to max your chances. With temping. You need to take your temperature at the same time every morning before getting out of bed. Also keep an eye on your cervical mucus. once it like egg white (stretchy) you are fertile.
I hope this helps you a little, and if in a few months of trying all that and still nothing give conceive plus a go.
