fertile cervix

i've been trying to keep track of changes to my cervix and cm and today i've noticed my cm is at the creamy stage, my question is, is this a fertile period? my hormones are all over the place so i do not know when i ovulate and want to know if this is a sign of it.

Watery or eggwhite is ideal. Sometimes the creamy cm is a lil hard for the swimmers to get thru.
