Do you think I'm pregnant?

I am approximately 4dpo and I had some spotting on CD12 and today on CD15, this morning I felt a warm gush like af starting but when I checked it was just a ton of lotiony/watery CM. Also having tender boobs, cramping, occasional pains in the left ovarian reigon. Do you think this will be the month for my bfp?!

You aren't pregnant. Implantation has not even occurred yet so there is no way to tell if you are pregnant or not because at this point you aren't.
