Lower Back Pain 9 dpo - Implantation??

Today is 9 dpo for me, and while I've not had any spotting, I've had a dull ache in my lower back most of the day. Last night my hips were aching as well, but that seems to have subsided. The pain in my back has lessened throughout the day, but it is still slightly present. Have tested BFN so far. Anyone have this kind of achy lower back and go on to get a BFP in the same cycle? I've read that this can be a symptom of implantation.
