Painkillers in first trimester?

Since I've been pregnant I've been getting a fair bit of headaches, about one or twice a week. it just makes me feel tired and heavy,
Want to know can I take paracetamol or ibuprofen?

Yes to paracetamol but ibuprofen is a big No. Ibuprofen can double your chances of a mc. Take the paracetamol sparingly to only what you need and if the pain is unmanagable go to your doctor

They say to stick with tylenol so that's what I've been doing. GL!

I know this sounds silly but I used to try Breathe Right strips before/with Tylenol because a lot of my headaches were sinus. Just a thought. *luck & prayers*
