Question

CD54-Unusualy Long Cycle-Stabbing pain on right side ovary. Cyst or perhaps BFP on its way?

I have PCOS and the normal length of my cycles are between 32 & 40 days. We have been trying to conceive since 2011 with no success. I'm currently on CD54 which is very unusual and I'm experiencing some light stabbing on my right side and i get this nausea every once in a while, but not extremely bad. In my mind I'm 50/50 on buying a pregnancy test because of disappointment. Has anyone experienced this long of a cycle before? Scared it might be a BFN as that's all I've been getting since 2011.

I also have PCOS and I have the stabbing pain in one side when I'm ovulating or when I have a cyst forming. However when I was pregnant with my daughter i had unbearable stabbing and cramping pain from about 7dpo. If anything I'd wait a few days to test and in the mean time get busy with your partner because it could be either and you don't want to miss it if it is O! X
