Yes it is very possible to get pregnant immediately following D&C, i had an incomplete miscarriage requiring d&c in April last year, fell pregnant immediately and my baby boy was born in January.

Yes..it is possible for you to conceive even before your cycle after having a miscarriage. I read that once you stop bleeding for at least two weeks then you can count the next cycle as a normal cycle. But some women happen to ovulate right after having a miscarriage. I had a D&C on December 31st last year and I ended up pregnant again but it was a chemical pregnancy on Feb 9th this year. The best advice for you is to read up on what to expect after having a miscarriage. It helped me a lot and now I am 23 weeks with baby girl #3.

I had a D& C on March 6th of this year and did it get a period until the end of May.. I then had a longer than usual cycle before getting my next period. I think everyone is different. I with told a month to 6 weeks. Mine took almost 12 and of course I was starting to freak out, but everyything is back to normal now and we have been trying again with no luck! Which is frustration BC with my other 3 pregnancies, bam! First month I was preg.
