Question
I am b'feeding 11 month old. We randomly have sex; how long after having sex would an HPT show pos?
I have not had a period nor am I using OPK's. If we got pregnant randomly, we would consider ourselves blessed. If we had sex on August 8th, when do you think a test would show up positive? Thanks!

Longest it would probably take is about 15 or so days from that date. That's considering you didn't ovulate until 5 days after sex and a sperm survived that long to fertilize. And then about 10 or so days from then for implantation to complete and for hcg to appear in your system. Could be longer or shorter but I would guess on average 20 or less.
