Do you think I have good odds

I just can not stand this TWW. Why can we just not know right away, like as soon as the fertilization happens lol. I am 8dpo, An my nipples tingle and hurt, they keep getting hard for no reason and hurts when it does, and when it does its worse than a normal one. An they even get really dark. These cramps I am having, Middle left AND right side are pretty intense. They hurt in my back also. An yes I have a cyst, a few actually and they said they are so little they shouldnt hurt me. I feel extra hungry and yet at times food sounds awful. I ovulated on the 7-8th and had sex both days. TTC. I have been having symptoms for about three days now. An focus on the intense ones I can not ignore... Do you think my odds are good? I keep getting bfn of course, its too early. but ugh.. im so hopeful.
