pregnant or just my imagination

Ok so i don't have regular cycles. my LMP was 03/10/2014. I recently went on vacation to visit my hubby from 07/24-07/29. The next day i started spotting for about one week. Nothing since. However since the beginning of this week i been feeling my breast really full and tingling. I had mild cramps while spotting and light head aches. Is there a possibility or has someone experience the same symptoms and be pregnant?
