Am I going to miscarry?? Help!

I went in for our first ultrasound two weeks ago July 28th. I was suppose to be 7 weeks along judging by my last period (which im not 100% sure of the exact date but guessing June 7th) My periods have never been regular sometimes ill go every 28-42days or even skip my period all together for the month. They told me they were unable to find a heart beat and I wasn't measuring 7 weeks and said I would miscarry on my own in the next couple days.. Im now going on 2 weeks no spotting, cramping nothing... and this past week nausea and fatigue hit me. Has anyone else been through this should I go in for a second option??

I would get a second opinion for sure. I would request a couple of HCG tests and another ultrasound for the sake of clarity. All the best.

Agreed, if you ovulated a week or two late then you might not be able to see anything on an u/s. If you haven't gotten betas drawn I would ask for them. GL!

Thanks lady's I haven't gotten any blood work done but I think I'm going to try the walk in today and see what they can do for me. I thought my hormones would go down rather then getting new symptoms and im not bleeding im just so confused..

I would definitely request a hcg to be drawn and another ultrasound.

I've been through this 4 x and sometimes it can take a few weeks for the micarriage to happen but you may need a d&c if it doesn't happen naturally but yes I would get another u/s for your own peace of mind. Sorry for you. It's tough. Take Care
