Cramps and Prenatals?
Hi all
We beginning our TTC journey, and I recently started taking prenatal vits (Rainbow Lite One a Day) for about a week. Has anyone experienced period like cramps and breast tenderness on these that are different than normal PMS?
Early this week I began getting small shooting cramps like my period is about to start, and then a few days ago I began getting period-like cramps, and I keep thinking AF is here but she isn't. I have shorter (24 day avg) cycles so its 2 days earliest, 6 days latest away. Today is 9dpo.
My breasts are also tender near my arm-pits (which worries me because that's somewhat close to lymph node area).
I take them with food, and don't experience any other issues like nausea.
Any thoughts?

Unless you are having an allergic reaction I don't think the prenatal could do that. Could be implantation stuff. Maybe try switching to a different prenatal or going down from a prenatal to a women's multivitamin until you get pregnant then go back to a prenatal. But I really don't think it's the prenatals doing all that.
