when do i count as cycle day 1

its 9.30 at night and just started my period its light but there do i start today as day 1 or tomorrow stupid question but just confused as i i am starting cbfm when it comes monday

First day of full red flow, so if it's just spotting right now, go by first day of actual bleeding...if it's not there yet, it might be tomorrow but you aren't positive until it happens :)

its late at night and brown spotting has led to red but not heavy yet so wud it be day one so late in evening
