Question

TERRIBLE cramping last night!!!

I'm 11 DPO and last night I had an AWFUL cramping in my lower abdomen, where I would assume my uterus is. I was asleep and in the middle of my dream I felt it cramping...it cramped to the point it woke me from my sleep and hurt until about 30 minutes later. The best way I can explain it was like the feeling you get in your calf muscle when it cramps up in your sleep. What in the world was that?? Does anyone have any idea?? Thank you in advance!

It could be anything. Could be that you are pregnant to as simple as something you ate. Good luck!

@akotalk2me, I wondered if it was food too, but I'm not sure. I swear it felt like contractions! I do remember a similar feeling when I was pregnant with my daughter but it was usually later on in the pregnancy and it would occur if I was having a dream about sex (sorry if that's TMI, but I didn't have any other way to put it LOL). I don't recall having ANY early symptoms with my first so this is all new to me. I also don't want to stress myself to the point of skipping my AF. With my first, I didn't find out I was pregnant until 2 days after my AF was due. I found out I had released an egg during my menstrual cycle the month before so I got pregnant then and was already 4 weeks along. I'm so anxious this time!! I hope I get a BFP soon!!!
