Oh no I'm sorry to hear that.
Not sure if this would help but zinc is good for improving sperm quality.
Did the doc suggest anything, good luck x

I know now is not the time to think about it, but perhaps in the future do you think he would be interested in finding a sperm donor? There are cryoclinics that give the description of the donor and maybe you two could choose together and try to get a description as close to your husbands looks as possible. Also right now he is probably feeling like less of a man because of having no sperm count. Make sure that you always make him feel like a King to build him up. Make him feel very manly. You could also try to see a specialist and get a second opinion. Good luck!! I'm really sorry to hear about the diagnosis and I hope you two will be able to have a baby at some point! <3

I have heard of this happening, there seem to be two main causes: retrograde ejaculation (the sperm don't come out) or varicocele, which leads to decreased sperm production. The former might require some fairly invasive procedures leading to IVF, because they have to get the sperm out somehow and a needle sometimes works (frightening, I know). The latter can sometimes be aided with surgery. GL and I am sorry this is happening to you :(

My husband's sperm count varied widely with each SA. After getting gold stars on his first SA, he randomly flunked the next one right before our IUI, which got cancelled. The next IUI we got pregnant when his sperm count was only 6 million post-wash (sadly ended in miscarriage at 13 weeks). Before we went back to treatment, he started taking herbal supplements to boost his sperm count. Each SA after that, he consistently got counts that were 20+million post-wash. We still ended up needing IVF, but that's something else entirely :)

I know the situation is a bit different, but I implore you to look into supplements and have him retake his SA in a couple months. Sperm regenerate every 3 months, so naturally the counts will fluctuate with each SA depending on what he was doing 3 months before.

Of course, there are surgical options for removing sperm from the testes if they're just not coming out, but you have options before you have to consider donor sperm. Don't give up just yet!

We used a sperm donor. There are some great books on amazon about the use of donor sperm. You can also join iamtryingtoconceive.com. It is a sperm bank support forum.

I have heard of this happening, though our problem is very low count. I think the next step is to see a urologist that specializes in male reproduction. Sometimes the cause of no sperm is a blockage, in which case they may need to clear the blockage. Sometimes it is possible to use a needle to retrieve sperm from the testes themselves (to be used in icsi/ivf). There could be non-blockage causes, but I'm not sure what the treatment would be for that. I think you guys should definitely find a urologist that specializes in this though. Best of luck to you!

We considered doing IVF with TESE and ICSI for my husbands sperm count issue. But with a $30k price tag...we decided that using donor sperm was a better option because we would rather have $30k to spoil our baby with rather than conceiving one. But there are lots of options out there and you'll have to find the one that works for both of you.

I'm sorry for your news, I can however understand what your going though, my partner has a 2 percent chance of conceiving his own children. Our story with sperm tests aren't that great, first test showed Azoospermia, then the second showed a couple after washing. My partner has also a high fsh levels. Our journey now move on to ivf/icsi. Partner is waiting to have Tessa to see if any can be surgical removed. In the mean time we are still trying as normal as we still have the 2 per cent. Not sure where you are in the world but I would go and visit your gp and get advice to what the next steps for you both are, there are still options open too you both.
