Does moderate back cramps mean a BFN is coming?

I just took ANOTHER test. Negative. Again. But now I'm feeling this cramping more in my back than anywhere else. And I'm afraid this is it. I'm trying to keep hope alive because I'm only 11dpo but my faith is wavering. Has anyone felt this type of cramping and still received a BFP?

Before my BFP (and since my BFP) I had and continue to have cramps that feel very much like menstrual cramps! It really is remarkably similar to typical PMS. :)

That's motivating. I think because I felt it after I seen yet another negative I feel like it's AF coming. Now I'm extremely queasy and hot with slight cramping. Not too sure what to think.
