Nature valley soy isoflavones 80mg wal-mart? Anyone with experience or advice?
So I just picked up soy isoflavones 80mg tablets from Walmart.
I've been ttc for 8 months now post cm last November with no luck. I've been looking for I guess you can say a "booster" to help get prego and I've been seeking " soy isoflavones" so many times that I'm deciding to try it for the first time. I've been seeing couples conceive within 3 cycles max! I'm just not sure how much to take? Lots one people compare them to clomid (which I've never taken). Please someone anyone help! Very confuse and I'm expecting af august 6!

Is the 80mg per capsule or per serving? Thats an important factor when dosing, u def dont wanna assume its per capsule when really its per 2 pill serving and u end up with half the intended dose. As for the 3 cycle thing, dont buy in to it or u may be seriously disappointed. I did 12+ rounds of the stuff, at very high doses and never once got a BFP until I combo'd it with other drugs (clomid and estradiol). It is slightly comparable to clomid, but tbh, not really. Clomid is much stronger and even the side effects are different.
For ur first round, I would stick with the 80-120mg range and on the standard cd3-7. See how ur body reacts then play with the next dose/cd's. U may notice u have a lot of headaches and cramping, both are normal. Ur cm may become more fertile sooner, also normal. Ur opk's can give a false positive if u test before 3 days after the last pill, so no testing til cd10!! And af will most likely be heavier when/if she arrives. Hope this helps! =))
