Woke out of a sound sleep with weird sensation has this ever happened to any one

Ok so for the last few days I been feeling like t total hell constipation n nauseous no apatite ( and that's really weird for me ) moody headaches gas burping like a lumberjack stomach craps that double me over I'm not sure where I would be in my cycle due to the fact my auntie flo is a bitch and likes to play games with my emotions I could be ovulation or even giving birth to a Unicorn because honestly my body Is a train wreak I'm trying to salvage it not kidney infection I've had those sense I was 6 months old so I know those feelings ANYWAYS about 3 hours ago I woke out of a sound sleep nauseous and with the feeling like a string was being pulled out of my belly botton and was being twisted to weird I never had that feeling before and of corse worried my self to the point that I can't go back to sleep any and all help would be great I took a test 3 days ago and it was negative any ideas ??
