17 DPO not AF no BFP

Hello ladies,
1st cycle on 50g clomid and Pregnacare vitamin sup. I have a 28/29 days cycle every month but I'm now on cycle day 32 with no AF and no BFP. I went through a lot of cramps around 6dpo to 10dpo.

Yesterday I was at the clinic bcz i as I was driving I stared to feel some abdomen pains and I was told it was a bladder infection. My pee doesn't burn, no frequent visits to pee and no unusual discharge. The pain took about an hour and it was totally gone.

What could this mean???? I got a BFN yesterday at the clinic.
