Anyone had BFP after polypectomy? Any hope?

I haven't had a normal period since 2008, which is when I randomly developed "dysfunctional bleeding" and I had bled for 2 years straight. Truly straight, with no hormone therapies helping, until finally Mirena was placed and I only SPOTTED for 2 more years, straight, lol.

This past May, I had an appointment to check my Mirena. It had traveled and they discovered two large polyps and crazy thick lining. They scheduled a D&C for excessive lining and a polypectomy for a week later, which was the end of May. For the first time in years, I think I am cycling regularly (I only have two months to go on so far, but I had a 4 day normal, red period and it was so so so wonderful, and I don't spot in between at all!!!)

I was just wondering if any of you ladies had a hopeful and encouraging story after a uterine/cervical polypectomy. Any hope at all for me in the future? Thanks so much!
