Question

Can postive lines read other than the test window?

We just starting ttc and I am super excited but also very anxious. I took three tests, 10, 11 and 12 dpo. The 10 and 11 were both negative, today I am 12 dpo and had a feeling I should just test one more time. This one also came up negative. I decided to open the test up just to see whats inside and there was a very clear pink line but it was under the urine strip part of it almost over on the actual test. I opened the other two tests from days before and there was nothing. Is this just nothing and I should ignore it? All tests done an New Choice dollar store test, fmu. Thanks!!

I think they do have to be in the test window, otherwise the test is possibly defective. It could still be positive but it's hard to know for sure :(
