Hiya! I would say you should get a baseline ultrasound to see if there are any glaring problems, and maybe an HSG if you are up for it. A few of those kinds of tests would go a long way towards helping you understand the situation, which would be important to determine the next step. For example, it turned out my lining was thin, so I started exercising more and taking L-arginine and baby aspirin and my lining doubled. There is a lot you can do to maximize your chances but it helps to know exactly what you're working with! Good luck :)

I conceived my fourth child at age 45 naturally without medications or donor eggs. I took a prenatal vitamin, flaxoil, and low dose aspirin daily. How high is your FSH if I may ask? All the best and the Lord's blessings.

I did that after the last miscarriage. The OB said all looked great the only issue I have is that my FSH is high but all other good and egg supply good. Thanks luvs. I appreciate your information.
