Question

Disappearing line or something else?

I'm 16 days late with previous BFNs so I suspect an anovulatory cycle. My OB has encouraged me to test every few days until I miss a second period, then see her.mTonight when I tested using a Dollar Store test I observed something I've not seen before. As the urine moved through the test, a strong, clear line appeared when it went through the "test window". My initial thought was "yay, a positive". It stayed for a few seconds and by the time the urine got to the "control window" the positive disappeared. I do have pictures of the test within a minute of testing, if needed. What actually happened? Is it potentially a positive test? Thanks for your insight.

It's just the way the urine wet the dye as it passed across the antibody strip.
