Your first positive OPK test detected a LH surge but that does not necessarily mean you ovulated. The only way to know if you ovulated is either by temperature chart or bloodtest. Now if indeed you ovulated you are finding yourself in the luteal phase. It is not uncommon to get positive OPK results during that phase. Now if you did not ovulate on the 23rd or 24th then this most recent positive test could be leading to ovulation. What do your mucus signs tell you? Are you having fertile mucus or the CM you usually get during the lp? In any event, I recommend charting temperatures in the future. That way you will know if and when you ovulated. Something else worth mentioning: at 5 dpo it is too early for implantation cramps. Implantation happens most often between 7-11 dpo. If you did not ovulate on the 23rd or 24th your cramps could very well be related to ovulation. The very best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

Phillips thank you for your input. But i do know it is possible for the egg to implant before 7-10dpo bc my 2 previous pregnancies have, and the ultrasound dates matched my dates. If we do not concieve this cycle i am going to start charting my BBT. I also am certain i ovd on the 23-24 bc of my CM. I have lots of creamy cm now my cervix is high closed and soft. Im just going to wait it out until 10-12 dpo and take a test :) again thank you for commenting!
