Is creamy white CM a sign that conception has occurred?

I am 11 dpo and have been having a lot of creamy white CM, cramping, and fatigue. Af is suppose to come Friday, so Im not sure if I am feeling pregnancy symptoms or PMS. My bbt has stayed in the range of-97.7 -98 degree F. Could I be pregnant??

Creamy white CM is foremost a sign that your CM is under the influence of progesterone. This kind of CM does not indicate that implantation has occurred. Obviously, it is possible that you conceived, but the CM is not a proof for that. All the best.

Hard to say ... I got a BFP back in March and I didn't have an increase in CM - the opposite in fact .. I would normally see an increase in CM just before AF, but nothing. Unfortunately that ended in twin blighted ovums that I lost at 8wks.

I just got a BFP a week ago and I had heaps of creamy CM since ovulation this time.
