Cramping and swollen/puffy nipples 8dpo

Okay...my husband and I have been ttc for 10 months. I had my first round of clomid days 5-9 50 mg this cycle and I went to have my progesterone level checked this morning. My results are 36.7 and I don't know what to think about it. My doctor didn't call;a lab employee told me my results over the phone. I am currently 8dpo and my areolas are rather large and swollen, very tender to the touch. I have had cramping in my uterus all evening. The ttw is killing me. I'm so excited but scared to get my hopes up. Does anyone think what I am experiencing is just results of progesterone? Or could I be pregnant??
