Has anyone ever had a pregnancy without ever getting a positive pregnancy test?

I'm 29 DPO and feel pregnant, but I can't get a positive test and I've tried every kind! I'm seriously frustrated. I've made an appointment to see my doctor and hopefully from there I can get an ultrasound for a very definite yes or no. Either answer is scary. If yes then I am pregnant, eek!! If no, then what's wrong with me???? Why do I have all these crazy symptoms but no hcg? How can I have all these symptoms but no pregnancy and no period?

Hi!

This is my exact situation except I'm 45dpo! I have a dr's appt for thursday and I feel exactly the same: nervous, excited scared... Did you go to your appt yet?? Please keep us posted..

Not myself, but I have a friend with two boys who never showed a positive pregnancy test. She would have to lie to the doctors office because they wouldn't see her unless she had a positive HPT. Good luck
