What could be going on?

I was over 12 days late for AF and it arrived July 7th and lasted 4 days, ending in the 11th. I've had super tender breast for the past 5 days, since the 23rd - which is unusual.

I normally have tender breasts around 48-72 hours prior to AF - which obviously hasn't started, but even if it had, my cycles are normally 28-29 days and clockwork, but that would've made it about 14 days from last AF - and obviously I haven't started AF anyway!

I'm not pregnant, persistently and consistently tested negative. Just confused as to what is going on with my cycle, it's been a very strange month..
