Hi there, I was diagnosed with SCH at my 7 week dating scan it was small at 1x0.5cm. I never had any bleeding or spotting. At 11 weeks I gushed bright red blood and clots and went to the ER. Bubs was perfect but hematoma had grown to 3x2cm. I went on bed rest and after a few days just brown spotting then after a week nothing. I'm now 14 weeks and had another scan today and the hematoma was nowhere to be seen! I know it's hard not to stress but SCH is actually quite common and most resolve on there own and pregnancy goes on as normal. Make sure you rest as much as u can, no heavy lifting, exercise or sex! When you orgasm the uterus contracts and this can irritate the hematoma and make it bleed. I wish you all the best xo
