Am I pregnant?

so i was diagnosed with endo early this year and had a surgery to remove most of the scar tissue, after that I went on a hormone treatment (lupron) for 3 months (last month being may), i was supposed to get my period within a month or so of that and it's already almost august and i have not gotten my period, got a pregnancy test done in the docs office about 3 days ago and it was negative, doc said it could be too early to tell, I need advice on what it might be. .
