Implanon + Doxycycline. Am i Pregnant?

I have had Implanon inserted since September last year. For the past month I have been taking mild antibiotics for my acne (Doxycycline 50mg). I have also been having sexual activity throughout this month (Unprotected). I started getting a brown period last week and now i just have milky white discharge and some stomach cramps. Could I be pregnant?
