Promatris one step ic

Just wondering what everyone's experience of these tests are? I used them for my last pregnancy and now while were ttc, last time I had stupidly faint lines from 8dpo - 12dpo when af was due (almost looks like evap) at 12dpo I couldn't take the stress any more and bought a frer and digi both of which were positive in seconds. I did another of the ic a week after af was due and only then did I get a definite bfp. This time I am
9dpo and getting the silly faint lines that look like Evaps again and driving myself crazy with them!! Anyone actually had Evaps with these or is it still a case of a lines a line? I'm having symptoms and have been for a few days, have had what I think is implantation cramping since 6dpo, I have breast implants and they suddenly feel like they did when they were new again (like rocks on your chest) and yesterday the smell of ds' piriton medicine made me feel sick for hours afterwards then I fell asleep on the sofa which I never do! Don't know what to think!X
