I was probably 5 or 6 weeks along and hadn't been paying attention to my cycle when I thought, "Hey, it seems like I really should have started by now...."

We were neither trying to get pregnant nor avoid pregnancy at the time.

My first symptom was sore nipples about a week before AF was due. Didn't think much of it at first, because that would usually happen for a couple of days. But it didn't go away. And I was really super tired, wanting to go to bed at 8pm, which is not like me, I'm usually a night-owl. Got a BFP a week after, but was twin blighted ovums that I lost at 8wks.

I'm 4wk5d now and don't really have any symptoms that scream 'pregnant'
