I'm extremely scared. 1st pregnancy.
I'm 9 weeks pregnant. I currently have neck pains that are about a 3 or 4. As well as very light back pains that sometimes travel to the right and left side of my hips. Those are about a 1. The neck pain hurt even worse when I try to sit up. It hurts all the way down my spine. I've had a miscarriage before so any pain that I have now it scares me. Please help me to ease my fear. What are some pains I should look for this early in my pregnancy. Thank you.

Probably has to do with the release of the hormone "Relaxin" which helps loosen muscles and ligaments in preparation for delivery - this would cause pains especially if you've ever had trouble with those areas of the body before. Praying for you and your little one. Congratulations!!

Hello honey I am 9 weeks and 1 day pregnant -
I have had two miscarriages and I worry about every single pain, lately I to have been having slightly the same pains, specially in my stomach area which I think could be growing pains. I wish you good luck, stay positive. I had a scan at 6 weeks saw the heart beat but now don't have my dating scan until 22nd August i'll be 13 weeks dot on
