Can you guys help me thanks in advance!!!

So my last period was july1 thru july6 and i had unprotected sex on july8 am feeling a little weird in the past like 4 days my nipples are really sensitive and i been having cramps and little nauseas and i only wanna sleep i was wondering could i be pregnant so i took a test it came out negative but i still think am pregnant ive taken 4 test for the last 4 days, the last one just now but am wondering do u guys think its just to early to come back positive??? The thing is idk what to think because my period its not missing still until a week from today but i nvr feel like this a week before my period is usually 1 or 2 days before and my nipples are not this sore:/ can u guys help me thanks
