What do you think. Pls help

back in March I had a miscarriage. With that pregnancy I didn't test positive til I was over a month late. Now I'm 18 days late with neg hots. I had slight bleeding when wiping on the 17th but by third wipe there was nothing. I have a doc appt but only for urine testing and if that's neg I can request blood test which I will do... I'm just wondering could I haveovulated late and that's my implantation bleeding that occurred on the 17th? I'm so confused :( I have bad back aches (low back) and heartburn throughout the day almost everyday which I've never had before. Sometimes I'm nauseous and my Boobs are slightly sensitive when touched and full. I also cry for everything which I never do and the other day at the movies I swore the popcorn smelled like throw up. It made me sick. So my sense of smell is going crazy
