7dpo is too early for 99% of women to get a positive, even if an embryo implanted at the very earliest possible moment. The average date for implantation is 9-10dpo and then it can take a few days for hcg to reach measureable levels on a urine test.

In the pregnancy test stats section it says that 20% of women have + results 7 dpo. That's why I'm concerned.

Take that with a grain of salt. I suspect that people are unsure of their ovulation date. If you look at embryo growth from a purely scientific standpoint, it is impossible to have implantation before 6dpo.

This cycle i just found out we're pregnant! I've had nausea and tender breasts alnost since the day of ovulation so i of course thought something was funny, but after a miscarriage 7 months ago i thought it was just ny mind playing tricks on me. I took a hpt @ 7 days dpo. Negative. Yup, i figured it was in my head. But then at14 dpo, and the day my period was due i took the second test that came in the box and it was POSITIVE!!! I still didnt believe it so i confirmed with clear blue digital and then bloodwork 4 days later!! So keep your head up, it is absolutely more than possible! 7dpo IS early. Good luck to you!!
