I have a very similar issue. I am 5'4 and about 50kgs (112 lbs). Both ovaries are polycystic but I have been cleared from having PCOS as I am not insulin resistant. I recently found out my light periods were due to thin uterine lining which is likely why implantation is not occurring. Have you had your uterine lining checked on CD12? Your period is just your uterine lining shedding so if there isn't much shedding, there likely isn't much building up. Lining needs to be 7mm min. for implantation to successfully occur, but 9-10mm is ideal. Mine is about 6mm generally. Estrogen supplements can be prescribed in first portion of your cycle to build up your lining, or there are some natural remedies out there that may work for you depending on the thickness (L-Arginine being one of the most common).
