20DPO, no AF, BFN... What gives? Any ideas?
Hi Everyone,
So I am 20DPO and still no AF. I'm moody, nauseated, crampy, very bloated and sleepy. I took a HPT this morning and its BFN. I went to the Dr's last month, He did run a bunch of test but nothing came up (thank God). I've TTC for about a year and this past month we BD everyday of my ovulation(TMI). Could I still be preggers? Has anyone had this happen before? Thanks for your input!

It is happening to me right now I'm 18dpo no AF and bfn. I have also had it in a previous cycle. It might be you have had an anovulatory cycle (you didn't ovulate) or you may have ovulated LATE in your cycle and the HCG is to low as of yet to pick up a bfp. All you can really do is wait a few more days test again, then get a blood test from the doctor. This cycle I was being monitored by a fertility clinc and I didn't get the estrogen surge indicating Ovulation was going to occur. I would guess that you need to be checked to see that you are infact ovulating with a blood test

I am going to ring my fetility clinic and tell them, then a blood test. If it is negative then I'm going to wait for AF. It is not nice is it, I hate waiting but I feel fine - I know what you mean about the sense of urgency, lol. The first time this happened to me I was really surprised and thought no way I can't be pregnant so fast. They can give you provera to start your period but I don't know if this is a good thing or not
