Pregnant, but, hcg levels are not rising?
I found out last week that I am pregnant. I knew it was early because the line was very faint, then I started spotting which turned into a medium flow that lasted a day, then it stopped for a couple days and I bled a little again but only for a couple hours. My tests kept getting darker. I made an apt to see an ob and they sent me for a blood test friday to measure the amount of hcg in my system, then another blood test on Monday morning. I had another apt yesterday afternoon to get the results. on Friday my hcg was 15 and yesterday morning it was 15. I know those levels are very low as they should be much higher by now. I'm just confused why my levels haven't increased OR decreased since Friday... the dr told me to get another blood test next Monday if I don't have anymore bleeding or anything. he didn't really say whether I had miscarried or what was going on. any experiences? I should be about 5 weeks.

God forgive me for being the bearer of bad news but in december when i had a miscarriage i was having my levels tested every 2 days. My numbers went up each time, but nowhere near doubling, and even though i held onto hope, the drs were right. Levels are supposes to double every 2 days in the first 10 weeks and if they dont theres a big chance its not a viable pregnancy. :'( I will keep you in my prayersâ?¥ And i really do hope things turn around for you and monday brings a huge rise in levels for u!! Regardless of what happens, God has a plan and will bless you when he feels the time is right! U can message me if you need somebody to talk to. Good luck hun. Sending TONS of sticky baby dust your way!!!!!!â?¥
