Can you have symptoms 3 DPO?
Hi there, i had an eptoipic pregnancy just about 2 months ago. I had surgery to remove part of my tube. I had a normal period 5 weeks after surgery and am sure I ovulated a few days ago. The symptoms ive been feeling are: Nausea, bloating, gas, diarreha, extreme fatigue, headache, lower back ache, some lower abdomen cramping, leg pains and stomache pains. Has anyone one else experienced these symptoms 3dpo?

Yes ... You may or may not feel these symptoms as they can be related to rising progesterone levels which happens after ovulation... I think u should wait out as 3dpo is way too early for any kind of symptoms ...the fertilized ovum may not be implanted yet!!
