Maca is awesome. I use it.

Didn't help me and my fertility Dr said not to take it.

I just started taking it about a week ago and already notice a big improvement on my energy levels and mood. I plan on taking it until O, and then start again CD1.

Also forgot to add that DH is taking it as well. He hasn't noticed a difference yet, but he's only been taking it for 3 days.

I am taking red maca capsules and DH is taking black maca capsules and I can see a difference so far. My mood is better and libido is up and so is DHs. I seem to be less stressed too. I am hoping this is our cycle. (5th cycle) The pills stink, but I just take them quickly with water on an empty stomach and have no issues with it. You get the best results taking it on an empty stomach.
