It takes two to tango, so has your husband been checked too?

You could be stressing too much!! When you relax and be confident that you will conceive it'll happen!! Going to the doctor is always a good idea!! It'll happen!! Good luck!! Baby dust your way!!

After a year, you should see a specialist, not family doctor. An RE will preform a number of blood tests to check your hormone levels, an hsg to check for tube blockages and other problems, an internal and external ultrasound to look at your ovaries and follicles. This is the basic testing for you. Your husband will also need an extensive semen analysis. Hopefully all those tests will come back clear and you can keep trying. At 1 year, this is what I did, and even though all of my tests were perfect, we were diagnosed with "unexplained infertility", so that can also happen. Don't give up, keep trying, but it would not hurt to see a reproductive specialist after the 1 year mark

We conceived after 3 months of TTC, but it ended in a MC at 8 weeks. That was two years ago. We tried for a about a year and then saw a Doc. She ran tests on both of us and everything came out perfect. so we tried for 6 more months. Ran more tests on me and discovered I wasn't ovulating. So I went on Clomid. The first two months of Clomid didn't work... I still wasn't ovulating. But the third round of clomid finally worked and I am currently 7 weeks and 2 days Pregnant. Like the other ladies said, definitely go see a doc who specializes in fertility. Good luck to you!

mamalr,yours was really a trial, and am happy for you that you are now expecting..thanx for the encouragement.hopefully mine turns out right too.@ikash167,ma doc suggested exactly wat u are suggested but my question is,could there be any blockage in my tubes when i've never used any contraceptives,and i mean NEVER.@wakeup79thanx for that,but i ope u understand that situation isn't that easy.@oldbiddie my husband has a kid with another woman so i dont think he is the problem here
