Hi all! I'm TTC #1 (10 dpo) and am having lower abdominal cramping and light pink spotting, but my test was negative. When I wipe is when I see the spotting, but one wipe was a bit more blood...now it's back to pink spotting. I'm probably worrying for nothing, but could that be a miscarriage?

No, if your test is neg, it wouldn't be a miscarriage bc there is no indication of pregnancy. How did you confirm ovulation? If you didn't confirm it with bbt or use opk, it is possible that you're off a few days & about to start your period. Or it could be pregnancy related. Some women do spot in early pregnancy. Until you get a positive hpt or a full flow there's no sure way to tell. Gl!
