BFP 6 weeks after natural miscarriage PLEASE HELP!!

on june 8th i had a miscarriage at about 4 weeks my hcg was only at about 339,, 3 weeks ago they were at 67 ,, this week makes 7 weeks and my period never came to i took 3 hpt 2 were dollar store (new baby choice) the 3rd a c/b digital with weeks estimator which said PREGNANT 1-2 weeks and positives on the others !! my dr did blood work yesterday and my level was only 17,,could something be left over or did i catch i to early .. please shed some light .. im getting another betta in a couple days
